1985 Beaver deluxe 3 berth (could be converted back to 4-berths),  sadly and unexpectedly for sale due to family bereavement .   Five careful owners from new and comes with a 4 wheel trailer.

This is a well fitted and quite well maintained vessel (15 years in current family ownership) is now with us in Semington and is available for inspection.

The interior comprises our standard twin-tabled forward saloon layout; the tables demount to form two long single berths at night or a spacious double across.  The saloon is open plan to the central galley which gives the boat a very spacious feel in the forward area and with our large window specification it is a light and airy space with good, seated, outward visibility .

The central galley comprises, on one side, a stainless steel 2 burner and grill combination  unit  with a separate oven below and a Main Nymph instantaneous water heater above; there are storage shelves below.    The other side of the galley has a sizeable worktop with an Electrolux under-counter gas-powered 60L fridge with a small freezer compartment, along with additional storage shelves.

Aft of this is a generous wardrobe with a shower/toilet opposite, the doors of which interlock to provide a drying/dressing space.

The aft cabin currently comprises a full length single berth on one side, with good storage space under and on the other side, a room-sealed gas convector heater.  There is the usual cavernous Wilderness Beaver under cockpit storage area for folding bikes, BBQ and folding chairs etc.

Externally, the craft is good condition for its age and the cabin sides and deck surfaces are original manufactured, pigmented gel coat; this would polish up well.   The cabin coach-roof, although painted with anti-slip paint is in very good condition and the grab-rails are in maintenance-free hard PVC.   There is a small solar panel on the roof to supplement battery capacity.     The two leisure batteries are situated in one of the stern cockpit lockers.  The other external lockers are for petrol and LPG.

The boat is powered by a tiller-steered 10hp electric-start Honda outboard .

There is a good inventory of navigation and other loose equipment.

With all equipment checked and in working order including the trailer and with two new 85A/H leisure batteries

Price: £12,950
